Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Atmosnar LLC's website and creative services, including music performance, video editing, playlist creation, and poems/lyrics writing. By requesting a quote, submitting a project, or making payment, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Overview

Atmosnar provides Media & Entertainment services for individuals. Each service requires specific information from you before work can begin. Incomplete requests may delay or prevent project start.

3. Service Requirements

When requesting any Atmosnar service, you must provide accurate and complete details. Below are the required fields for each service type:

Music Performance

You must provide the following before we confirm your booking:

  • Start date — the date and preferred start time of the performance (including time zone if applicable).
  • Event location — full venue address or location name, city, and country. Indoor/outdoor details if relevant.
  • Performance type — acoustic set, DJ set, or other format discussed with our team.
  • Event duration — expected length of the performance.
  • Contact person on-site — name and phone number available on the day of the event.

Video Editing

You must provide the following before editing begins:

  • Project description — explain what you need created or edited (music video, event recap, social clip, etc.), including purpose and target audience.
  • Upload files — submit your source materials via our project request form. Supported file types:
    • Video — MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WebM, and other common video formats.
    • Audio — MP3, WAV, AAC, FLAC, M4A, and other common audio formats.
    • Photos — JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, HEIC, and other image formats.
  • Color preference — specify whether you prefer a dark or light visual tone/mood for the final edit.
  • Deadline — requested delivery date.
  • Reference examples — optional links or descriptions of style you want matched.

Music Playlist Creation

You must provide the following before curation begins:

  • List of songs — songs, artists, or genres you want included (or explicitly excluded).
  • Occasion or purpose — wedding, workout, brand mood, personal milestone, etc.
  • Platform — Spotify, Apple Music, or other platform where the playlist will be published.
  • Target length — number of tracks or total duration desired.
  • Mood & language preferences — energy level, language (Arabic, English, bilingual, etc.).

Poems & Lyrics Writing

You must provide the following before writing begins:

  • Goal of the piece — what the poem or lyrics should achieve (gift, performance, song release, tribute, etc.).
  • Feelings & emotion — the mood you want conveyed (love, loss, celebration, motivation, nostalgia, etc.).
  • Who it is for — recipient or audience (partner, family member, yourself, public audience).
  • Reasons & context — background story, key moments, or messages that must be included.
  • Language & format — Arabic, English, bilingual, verse structure, or song sections (hook, verse, chorus).

4. Project Process & Client Responsibilities

  • You must respond to clarification requests within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Delays in providing required materials (footage, song lists, location details, etc.) may shift delivery dates.
  • Approved quotes and deposits confirm your acceptance of scope, timeline, and these Terms.
  • Revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any materials you provide (footage, music references, etc.).

5. Payments

Payment terms will be confirmed in your project quote or invoice. A deposit may be required before scheduling or production. Full payment terms (deposit amount, milestones, final balance) will be communicated in writing before work begins.

6. Refund Policy

Important: Refund eligibility depends entirely on whether production has started.

Before the process begins — you are eligible to request a refund, subject to the rules below.

After the process has begun — you are not eligible for a refund. Once Atmosnar has started work on your project (including scheduling, preparation, editing, writing, curation, or performance planning), all payments become non-refundable.

6.1 When You ARE Eligible for a Refund

A refund may be approved if all of the following apply:

  1. You submit a formal refund request before Atmosnar begins the production process.
  2. No work has been performed — including research, drafting, editing, scheduling, file review, or resource allocation for your project.
  3. Your payment was received and you provide valid proof of transaction (order ID, receipt, or payment confirmation).
  4. The request is submitted within 7 days of payment unless otherwise stated in your written agreement.

6.2 When You ARE NOT Eligible for a Refund

Refunds will not be issued if any of the following apply:

  • Production or preparation has already started on your project.
  • You approved a draft, preview, or milestone deliverable.
  • You failed to provide required project information and the delay is on the client side.
  • You changed your mind after work has commenced.
  • The service was fully delivered as agreed in scope.
  • You violated these Terms or provided false or misleading information.

6.3 Refund Processing Rules

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method when possible.
  • Processing fees or third-party charges may be deducted where applicable.
  • Partial refunds may apply if only part of a bundled service has not yet started — determined case by case by Atmosnar.
  • All refund decisions are final after review by the Atmosnar team.

6.4 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, complete our official Refund Request Form. Submissions are sent to hello@atmosnar.com for review. Include your full name, email, order reference, service type, payment date, and reason for the request.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations made before production begins may qualify for a full refund under Section 6. Cancellations after production begins are non-refundable. For music performance bookings, cancellations within 48 hours of the event date may forfeit the full fee regardless of other terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive usage rights as defined in your project agreement. Atmosnar retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

Atmosnar LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Projects already under contract are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of agreement.
